Parish Profile

The Profile takes the form of a website. It is in the latter stages of production and will soon come before the Kirk Sessions for approval.

As part of the process our congregations were asked for 3 words to describe the characteristics they desire in a minister. The words were added to a word cloud with the most popular appearing in largest text.

We also asked people if they would like to answer some questions about our churches and communities and our hopes for them. The volunteers feature in a series of short videos on the site.

As soon as final approval is granted, we will post the link to the website here in these updates.

The link will be circulated to congregations in the usual ways.

The Nominating Committee has been finalised, with 2 members from 5 of the churches plus 3 from St Andrew’s West Linton.
